2. Estimates and accuracy

The released DSCR Calculator applies the inputs and assumptions shown on screen. Pricing, program, state-law, tax, and other decision tools remain held when their sources or models are not approved. Verify all transaction facts with the responsible provider and qualified professionals before acting.

3. Financing decisions

A scenario estimate is not a pre-screen, quote, program match, commitment to lend, rate lock, or credit approval. Any actual financing terms must be set by the responsible licensed provider after its review.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the tools, scrape data, or attempt to reverse-engineer the engine. Published content is provided for your business use, not redistribution.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greenstreet Finance is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its estimates.
