Materially better real-estate lending.
In 2026 we founded Greenstreet after watching, first-hand, how hard it had become for investors to price DSCR deals that actually held at the lender — and how often investors signed on deals where the numbers hadn't been run correctly. We went back to the drawing board on rental-loan software and built the engine we wished existed: deterministic, provenance-tracked, defensible to a regulator on every line.
To the people who close the deal.
Investors and the borrowers behind every deal deserve the same math an institution runs. Every figure Greenstreet produces is computed by versioned code with a statutory citation behind every rule — never an AI-generated estimate. When a regulator, a lender, or a borrower asks where a number came from, we hand them the source.
Four principles that drive every product decision.
A deal that stalls at pricing costs your borrower real money. We built the engine to give you a defensible number in seconds — not a spreadsheet round-trip or a call to the lender.
Every figure Greenstreet produces is computed by versioned code, never an AI-generated estimate, and every input carries the date it was pulled. The state prepayment-penalty and usury rules cite the statute directly; the rest of the engine shows its assumptions and flags what a source does not establish, rather than pretending to a citation it does not have.
We are a brokerage, not a lender. We take the application, qualify the file, and submit it to our lending partner, who underwrites it and makes the decision. When you bring us a file, we work it — we do not take over your client relationship.
State prepayment-penalty rules, DSCR floors, seasoning requirements — baked into every output from the start, not an afterthought appended to a printout after the fact.
The disciplines behind the engine.
Every function a deal passes through, from the rule set to the close. This is the shape of the work, not a headcount — the ones we're hiring for right now are marked open.
Come build the engine with us.
We're building a generational company in DSCR lending — and always looking for talent to propel the mission.
